These terms apply when you use plus one me, run by MUBARAZA LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 4283 Express Lane, Suite 6603 311, Sarasota, FL 34249 ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and use your real first name and a real photo of yourself. One account per person.

What we do, and what we don't

We help people find someone to go with to events and activities. We don't sell tickets, we don't organise the events, and we aren't part of any arrangement between you and the person you go with. You're responsible for your own safety, your plans and any money you settle with each other.

Match fee

• Joining, posting and browsing are free.
• When a host accepts your request, you pay a match fee to confirm your spot (AED 7 in Dubai, CAD $1.99 in Ottawa). Payments are processed by Stripe.
• If the host cancels or the plan is removed before it starts, we refund the fee. If you cancel, the fee is not refunded.
• Ticket costs, shared costs and anything else you agree with your match are settled between you. We don't handle or guarantee that money.

Be a good +1

• Be honest in your profile and plans. Only offer tickets you really have.
• No harassment, hate, threats, sexual messages, spam, selling or advertising.
• Don't use the service to resell tickets above face value or to sell anything.
• Meet in public places and tell a friend where you're going.
• Type report in the chat if something's wrong. We review every report.

We may pause or remove accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You let us show it to other users and use it to run the service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the service running and people honest, but we can't promise that every plan happens, every person shows up or every event is as described. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from plans, events or meetings arranged through the service, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we'll tell you in the WhatsApp chat. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
